Shipping & Return Policy

You should have received a shipping confirmation at your registered email address within 24 hours of placing your order. Shipping times typically range from 3 to 10 days, depending on the zone. At Aayushkar, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. Please note that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, and as a result, we do not accept exchanges or returns for such items once sold or delivered. Aayushkar is not liable for any damage occurring after delivery. If you encounter any problems or quality issues with a product, we offer an exchange option. Simply contact us by calling or emailing within 24 hours of delivery at care@aayushkar.com for all shipment, product-related, and other inquiries. Exchange requests will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition, with the original receipt/tags intact, in their original packaging, undamaged, and subject to the following terms:

  1. Returns and exchanges requests will undergo checking and vetting by Aayushkar.
  2. Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or wrong application are not covered under this policy.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund value.
  4. Once your return/refund request is accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
  5. No refund will be issued once goods are sold.
  6. Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are non-refundable.
  7. All products, once purchased, are non-refundable. Generally, an item may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of product delivery if it meets any of the following conditions:
    1. Sold in a physically damaged condition.
    2. Missing parts or accessories.
    3. Product packaging not opened, product not used.
